In 2024 Sky Pride, HR Generalist, received the Tom Taylor Award from the Alaska Primary Care Association, honoring her as a future leader in advocating for accessible, affordable healthcare for all Alaskans.

In 2024 Sunshine Community Health Center, Inc. was awarded the Community Star award from the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health recognizing exceptional dedication and innovation for rural communities across the nation.

In 2024 Sierra Winter Smith, Community Relations Manager, was awarded a scholarship to Sunshine CHC on behalf of the National Association of Community Health Centers for Powering Communities Through Caring Connections.

In 2023 Sunshine Community Health Center's Ryan Romans was awarded the Rainbow Award by the Alaska Primary Care Association for his contributions to Alaska's population health.
