We believe that everyone deserves quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation. Our Sunshine Savings Program includes self-pay and prompt pay discounts to help make medical care more affordable.
Self-Pay Discounts – 35% Off for Qualifying Patients
If you meet one of the following criteria, you may qualify for a 35% discount on your medical expenses:
You do not have insurance.
You do not qualify for the Sliding Fee Scale.
You have insurance, but the service you received is not covered or deemed medically necessary.
You have insurance but have exceeded your lifetime benefits.
Prompt Pay Discounts – 25% Off Patient Responsibility
Patients who pay their responsibility at the time of service receive a 25% discount on their bill.

We are committed to providing quality care, regardless of your ability to pay. Our clinic accepts most insurance carriers and offers a Sliding Fee Scale for qualifying patients. Our team of Care Managers and Patient Advocates is available to provide additional resources and financial assistance options.

Sunshine Clinic offers a Sliding Fee Scale for uninsured patients. You can request an application at our front desk, print it from our website, or schedule an appointment with a Patient Advocate. To apply, please provide proof of income, which may include:

The Alaska State Public Health Lab also provides many lab tests at reduced or no cost. Samples collected at our offices are sent to Anchorage or Fairbanks for testing.
