Sunshine Community Health Center is pleased to announce that in coordination with community organizations, we are able to provide Families in Crisis funding to assist members in the Trapper Creek, Talkeetna, and Willow communities. You do not need to be an established patient to apply for this service.

Your submission goes directly to behavioral health staff who will contact you directly to obtain additional details pertaining to your situation and begin working with you to identify how Families in Crisis funding can help.
