The Dental Clinic is open in Talkeetna Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Dental visits are made by appointment. Call 733-9218. 

We are currently accepting new patients within our service area.  Our service area is defined as Willow to Cantwell including remote areas such as Skwentna and Chase.

Once again we are offering Open Access on Friday mornings for walk-ins.  Patients must be present between 8:45 and 9:00 a.m.  Anyone arriving after 9:00 a.m. will not be seen that day.  Open access is available to anyone with pain, swelling or an emergent problem.  Anyone outside our service are will be treated for the presenting problem only.  We suggest you bring a book to read as you may be waiting a couple of hours.

The Dental Clinic provides diagnostic, preventive and basic restorative services. These include exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, emergency dental care, extractions and fillings. These are services are covered by Denali Kid Care and qualify for the discount fee program.   Once a month we have a pediatric dentist available.

We accept all forms of payment, including private insurance and Denali Kid Care.  Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental and United concordia are preferred insurances but we will file all others as a courtesy.  Therefore, it is beneficial to provide and review your dental insurance information prior to your visit to avoid any surprises. Unless other arrangements or exceptions apply, a minimum payment of $25 for each procedure is expected at the time of service.  Anyone needing to set up a payment arrangement should call 733-9244 and speak with the billing department.
